Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 lb. penne pasta
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream (crossed out)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (crossed out)
  • 1/2 cup milk (crossed out)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (crossed out)
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. rosemary
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Topping:
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • Pimentos
  • Rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare penne according to package directions. Grill chicken; cut into strips and put on top of cooked pasta, along with cooked bacon. For sauce, melt butter and add rest of sauce ingredients; simmer till thickened. Mix sauce into pasta and chicken mixture, top with topping. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 500 degrees.
