Ingredients
- Shenandoah Apple Cake
- CAKE-
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 3 cups apples, diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 TB flour

Preparation
Step 1
Beat oil sugar eggs vanilla.
Sift flour salt soda and stir into oil/sugar mix.
Stir in apples in remaining 1 Tb flour mix in nuts and beat into batter, Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
TOPPING
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk.
Boil for 3 minutes. Pour warm over cake.
