Ingredients

  • 3

    Carrots, diced

  • 1

    Onion, diced

  • 3

    Celery Stalks, diced

  • 1/4

    C. Butter

  • 1

    C. Bisquick

  • 1/2

    t. Paprika

  • 1/8

    t. Pepper

  • 1/4

    t. Salt

  • 1/8

    t. Red Pepper

  • 4

    Cans Chicken Broth (6 C.)

  • 1

    C. Water

  • 8

    oz. frozen Broccoli

  • 1

    Pint Half & Half

  • 16

    oz. Velveeta Cheese

Directions

In large pot add Broth and Water, bring to boil & add frozen Broccoli, simmer 5 minutes. In medium pan, cooked diced veggies in butter until tender, then add to broth mix and bring to a boil. In large bowl, blend until smooth, Bisquick, Spices and Half and Half. Slowly add to Soup and bring to a slow boil until thick. Reduce heat to low and add Cheese until melted.
