Ingredients
- Diced cucumber, with peel 1 cup 250 ml Frozen baby peas, thawed 1/2 cup 125 ml
- Sliced green onion 2 tbsp. 30 mL
- Garlic salt, sprinkle
- Pepper, sprinkle
- Cubed Cheddar (or Swiss) cheese 1/2 cup 125 mL (7a inch, 12 mm, size)
- DRESSING
- Salad dressing (or mayonnaise) 2 tbsp. 30 ml
- Granulated sugar 2 tsp. 10 ml
- Lemon juice 1 tsp. 5 mL

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the first 6 ingredients with the mixing spoon in the bowl.
Dressing: Mix the salad dressing, sugar and lemon juice in the cup. Add to the vegetable mixture. Mix well. Makes 2 cups (500 mL) salad.
