- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or regular milk
- 3/4 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 T. walnuts
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- 1 t. fresh grated ginger or pinch of ground ginger
