Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 8 cups water or chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl with fork, beat eggs, milk and salt until foamy. With wooden spoon, stir in flour to make a stiff dough. On floured surface, roll dough very thin; let stand 30 minutes or until dry enough to cut.
Sprinkle dough with flour; loosely roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion. With sharp knife, cut dough into '/4-inch slices. Unroll noodles and let dry 2 hours.
In 4-quart saucepan over high heat, heat water to boiling. Add noodles; cook about 10 minutes until tender. Drain; serve at once
