Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pkg. (18.25 oz) French vanilla cake mix
- 2 lemons, zested & juiced
- 1 can (16 oz) cream cheese frosting
- 1 pint blueberries

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl of electric mixer, beat first 4 ingredients 2 minutes. Prepare mix, substituting 1/4 cup lemon juice for water. Add 2 Tbsp. zest. Pour 4 cups batter into greased & floured 10" Bundt pan. Add cheese mixture, making sure it doesn't touch sides. Add remaining batter. Bake 50 minutes; cool. Heat frosting (lid and foil removed) 30 seconds; pour over cake. Fill with berries.
