Ingredients
- 6 " deep tin
- 6 oz SR flour
- pinch salt
- 4 oz sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 6-8 tbsps milk
- 1 oz cocoa
- 3 1/2 marg
- 2 oz coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Step 1
Sieve flour an cocoa and rub in fat, stir in sugar and coconut. Pour in egg and essence an some milk. Gradually work in dry ingredients. Add more milk if necessary.
Bake 325F for 1 hour.
