• 1 # Crab
• 2 Eggs (well beaten)
• 2 Tsp. Melted butter
• 1 Tsp. Salt
• 1/4 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
• 1/2 Tsp. Celery seed
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 1/2 Cup Crushed saltine crackers
• 1/2 Tsp. Parsley
• 2 Tbs. Finely chopped red pepper

Mold and coat with Panko bread. Deep fry.
