Mandarin Pork on Rice

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (3/4 inch thick and 5 oz. each), cut into strips
- 1/4 t. Pepper
- 1/8 t. Salt
- 1 T. Canola Oil
- 1 can (11 Oz.) Mandarin Oranges
- 1 T. Corn Starch
- 1/4 C. thinly sliced Green Onions
- Prepare one cup uncooked rice in Rice Cooker or on top of stove according to instructions.
- (If you do not have Mandarin Oranges, you can use Pineapple Chunks.)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Sprinkle Pork with Pepper and Salt. In a large skillet, brown Pork in Oil.
2. Meanwhile, drain Oranges and set aside, reserving juice;
3. Mix Juice with Corn Starch and blend well. Pour this in skillet with Pork and add Onions and Mandarin Oranges (when Broth begins to thicken it will become Clear). It is ready to serve over Rice.
4. (If mixture is to thick add just a little bit of water.)
