Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 1 full shallot chopped
- 1 packet chicken bullion
- 1 packet beef bullion
- 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Use 2 pots
1st pot
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
1 full shallot
Place all ingredients in pot on medium high heat until reduced by half.
2nd pot
3 cus water
1 packed chicken broth
2 packets beef broth
Bring close to boil then pour bullion mixture into 1st pot (shallot pot)
Simmer until reduced by half. Add heavy cream and simmer 10 more minutes.
