Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Step 1
Combine crumbs and cheese in shallow dish. Dip chops in egg and coat with crumb mixture. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chops and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes, turning once until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
If chops are thick, turn heat to low and cover until done.
