Ingredients
- 2 slices bacon, minced
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons Worchestershire
- 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
- 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco®
- 1 3/4 cups ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1
1. In a large skillet, fry the bacon until it gives up its grease, add onion, garlic, ginger, and black pepper and cook until onions are translucent. 2. Add the brawn sugar, Worchestershire, juice concentrate, vinegar and Tabasco® and bring to a boil. 3. Add ketchup and simmer 10 minutes.
