Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Nuts Chopped
  • 1 Cup Raisins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream together milk, sugar & egg
2. Sift together dry ingredients and alternate with milk
3. Add nuts & raisins
4. Use loaf pan, well greased and bake
45 min to one hour @ 300 degrees. If toothpick comes out clean it's done.
