- • 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
- • 1 6-Ounce Box Long Grain And Wild Rice
- • 2 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Parsley (Or 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes)

How to make
1. Melt margarine in saucepan. Saute onion until clear.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover. Reduce heat and cook 25 to 30 minutes, until water is absorbed.
