Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 1 pkg. Angel hair pasta
- 4 cooked chicken breasts, shredded (or 2 cans cooked chicken)
- 1 head steamed broccoli
- 1 - 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1 - 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
- 1 in. ginger root, grated (or approx 1 tsp ground ginger)
- 1/2 cup green onion
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- sesame seeds
- cilantro to taste
- **Soy sauce makes it salty. Try hoisin or teriyaki

Step 1
Mix pasta and other ingredients. Combine sauce and pour over pasta. Refrigerate 1 hour, tossing occassionally.
