- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 medium size Granny Smith apples peeled, sliced and cored

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp apple pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk

Preheat oven 350
Grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. Melt 1.2 cup butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add
brown sugar and whipping cream; stirring constantly 2 to 3 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Be careful not to boil.Add apples and cook until soft about 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into bundt.
Cream butter sugar add 1 egg at a time mix after each. Add vanilla and beat well then set aside.Combine flour and next 4 ingredients. stir well. Add flour mixture to cream mixture alternating with milk, starting and ending with flour mix well. Spoon batter over apples. Bake for 30 -35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes then invert on plate.
