Ingredients
- 4 cups self rising corn meal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1-4 cloves garlic - chopped fine
- 1 medium onion - chopped fine
- 1-4 jalepeno peppers - chopped
- 1 1/4 pound Sharp cheddar cheese - grated
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine meal, salt, sugar, oil, eggs & milk. Mix well.
Add all other ingredients. Mix well.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
