Ingredients
- 24 oz corn nibbles
- 3 eggs - lightly whipped
- 1 pint Half & Half
- 1/2 stick butter - cut into small pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Combine al ingredients & season to taste with salt & pepper.
Pour into a 2 quart, buttered casserole dish. Dot top with butter.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Test by inserting knife in the center of the pudding. It is done when the knife comes out clean.
