Apple Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cups oil
• 3 cups flour
• 1 Tblsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 to 4 apples peeled,cored and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
• 1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk or milk
1 tsp vanilla
