Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup raw rice (not Minute Rice) - Wild Rice is best
- 1 can beef consomme (soup)
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Preparation
Step 1
Mix rice, soup, water and 1/2 of the onion soup mix. Put in 9×12 pan, then put pork chops on top. Sprinkle with remaining dry soup. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
