Ingredients
- 2 quarts cucumber sliced thin.
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 medium Vidalia onions sliced thin
- 1/2 cup vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Put sliced cucumber is a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let stand for 2 hours
Drain all liquid from cucumber salt mixture
Mix sugar, onions and vinegar with cucumbers.
Bag and freeze.
