A simple sauce for baked fish wrapped in foil or parchment

  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T wine or rice vinegar
  • 1 T finely chopped onions
  • capers



Step 1

Mix ingredients and pour over enough fish fillets for two people. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
