- 2 LBS. OF SMOKED SAUSAGEE CUT IN 1 1/2 SLICES
- 8 EARS OF FRESH CORN CUT IN HALF
- 5 POUNDS OF SHRIMP

Step 1
IN A 8 OR 10 QUART POT ,BRING OLD BAY,SALT,WATER AND BEER TO BOIL
ADD POTATOES AND ONIONS COOK OVER HIGH HEAT FOR 8 MINUTES
ADD SMOKED SAUSAGE TO POTATOES AND ONIONS CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 5 MINUTES,
ADD CORN TO POT COOK FOR 7 MINUTES ADD SHRIMP AND COOK FOR 5 MORE MINUTES
DRAIN ALL COOKING LIQUID MOUND SHRIMP AND VEGS ON SERVERAL LARGE BOWLS OR PUT NEWSPAPER ON TABLE AND POUR OUT AND LET FOLKS ENJOY.
