Maple Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 boneless pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup olive oil fig balsamic dressing
- 1 \4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Dijon
- 1 small garlic clove, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cook 4 - 5 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer chops to plate, reserving drippings in skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add broth to skillet; stir to scrape up browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir 5 minutes, or until thickened.
Spoon half the sauce over chops. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
