Ingredients
- 1/2 of a 32 oz pkg Food You Feel Good About Uncooked Wild-Caught Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined & Tails Removed, thawed and patted dry
- Wegmans Pan Searing Flour
- 1 Tbsp Wegmans Pure Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp Wegmans Garlic Cheese Finishing Butter (Dairy Dept)
- 2 Tbsp chopped Food You Feel Good About Italian Parsley leaves

Preparation
Step 1
1.Dust shrimp with pan-searing flour; pat off excess.
2.Heat olive oil in pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes; add shrimp. Turn over when edges change color about one-quarter of way up, 2-3 min. Reduce heat to MED. Cook 2-3 min, until internal temp reaches 120 degrees. (Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of shrimp.)
3.Reduce heat to LOW; add garlic butter and parsley; gently toss until melted, about 2 min. Let rest 2 min. Serve
