Ingredients

    lb venison (or other lean meat)

  • ½

    tsp pepper

  • 1

    sm diced onion

  • ½

    tsp garlic salt

  • tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¾

    tsp oregano or basil

  • ¾

    tsp crushed red pepper

  • dash of hot sauce

  • tbls Worcestershire sauce

  • cup milk or 2 eggs

  • ¼

    cup parmesan cheese

  • ½

    cup Italian bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 Mix all indgredients and shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs Place on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes
