Chewy Butterscotch-Raisin Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick (4 Tbsp) butter or margarine softened
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup butterscotch chips, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Greasse a 9" square baking pan.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat butter and brown sugar with mixer on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture, beat until blended and smooth. Beat in melted butterscotch chips & vanilla; stir in raisins. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake 22-25 minutes until golden brown & center is set (sides rise higher than center). Cool in pan on a rack. Cut in bars then drizzle with melted chocolate.
