Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 *1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbs. cold, unsalted butter, cut into 1" pieces
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey, more for drizzling
  • 4 cups mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbs. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. water

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

CRUMB TOPPING:

In bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, toasted pecans, flour, and salt. Using fingers cut in butter until no clumps remain. Set topping aside.

YOGURT TOPPING:

Mix together yogurt and honey. Put in refrigerator until ready to use.

In saucepan over medium-low heat, combine berries, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook stirring occasionally until berries release juices, approx. 5-10 minutes. Increase heat to medium, simmer until thickened, 5-10 minutes more. Transfer to a 8" square dish. Sprinkle topping over fruit. Set dish on baking sheet and bake for approx. 25 minutes or until filling is bubbling and topping is golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes. Spoon crisp into individual serving dishes and drizzle with yogurt mixture and drizzle with honey.
