Beefy Taco Bake

Ingredients

• 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 envelop taco seasoning mix
• 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 4 cups shredded lettuce
• 2 medium tomatoes, diced
• tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl beat the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread on a 12 inch or 14 inch pizza pan or serving plate. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a pan brown the beef, drain and then add the taco seasoning and tomato sauce, stir and cook for 5 minutes. cool completely. Spread over cream cheese layer. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
