Ingredients
- 4 beef cube steaks
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup red pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- Cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle steaks with seasoned salt and pepper. Brown steaks in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes on each side; remove and keep warm. Saute onions and peppers in same skillet. Blend together flour, soy sauce and 1 cup water; pour over onions and peppers. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Spoon over steaks. Serve with cooked rice.
