Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup bananas, mashed (3 bananas)
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar, for later

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt butter in microwave.

2. Stir in sugar, beaten eggs, baking soda, and salt.

3. Mash bananas until they are smooth.

4. Add the bananas and mix thoroughly.

5. Mix in the flour then the nuts.

6. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

7. Preheat oven to 350.

8. Roll the chilled dough into walnut sized balls.

9. Put 1/2 cup sugar in a small bowl and roll the balls in it.

10. Chill dough between rolling.

11. Bake for 10-12 minutes
