  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 stick marg.
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • 2 Tbs ice cold water
  • 8-10 apples Mcintosh or Cortland
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • drop lemon juice
  • 1 stick marg.
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar



Step 1

Make the dough the night before! Make into a disc and wrap in saran wrap,freeze or refrigerate. Next day roll out between saran wrap. Place in pie plate. Bake at 400 with foil over it. In food processor with metal blade process flour,marg, and sugar. Pulse 15x's. Add 2 Tbs cold water,pulse 10 more x's. Slice apples. Mix sugar and lemon juice, Add to apples and let sit for 1/2-1 hr. Place mix in pie plate.
Topping; crumble marg,flour and sugar. Bake at 350 for 60 min.
