Pecan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz) salmon filets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 TB Dijon mustard
- 1 TB honey
- 2 TB panko breadcrumbs
- 2 TB chopped pecans
- 1 TB chopped parsley
- fresh lemon cut in wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper
Place salmon skin side down on baking sheet
Combine mustard and honey, brush on salmon
Mix topping of breadcrumbs, pecans, and parsley and sprinkle over salmon, pressing down into honey mustard coating
Bake salmon at 400 about 15 minutes or until flaky
Serve with lemon wedges.
