8 ounce tub fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
wedges The Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss Cheese
tsp. lemon juice
5 ounce can skinless boneless pink salmon in water, drained and finely flaked
tbsp. minced onion
In a medium bowl, combine first four ingredients, mix thoroughly. Add salmon and onion, mix to combine, until a very smooth consistency is reached. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
