Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Lump Crabmeat
  • 3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp of Salad Dressing
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Seafood Seasoning (Old Bay Seasoning)
  • Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Eggs beaten well
  • 1 Tbsp of Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp of Prepared Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp of Parsley
  • 1 Red or Green Pepper chopped parboiled in Salt water and drained
  • 1/4 Cup of Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp of Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Pick over Crabmeat for shells and remove shells.
Combine rest of ingredients except Bread Crumbs and Butter) well into crab mixture.
Pour mixture into buttered 1 Quart casserole.
Top with Bread Crumbs (or crushed Corn Flakes).
Dot with Butter

Bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes
