Imperial Crab Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb of Lump Crabmeat
- 3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp of Salad Dressing
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Seafood Seasoning (Old Bay Seasoning)
- Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Eggs beaten well
- 1 Tbsp of Vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp of Prepared Mustard
- 2 Tbsp of Parsley
- 1 Red or Green Pepper chopped parboiled in Salt water and drained
- 1/4 Cup of Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp of Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Pick over Crabmeat for shells and remove shells.
Combine rest of ingredients except Bread Crumbs and Butter) well into crab mixture.
Pour mixture into buttered 1 Quart casserole.
Top with Bread Crumbs (or crushed Corn Flakes).
Dot with Butter
Bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes
