Ingredients
- 1 (250-270g)baguette loaf
- 1 pkg (227 g)Clover Leaf Crab Delectables, Flake Style, chopped or try new PRE-SHREDDED Crab Delectables
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL)grated lemon rind
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)light sour cream
- 2 tbsp (30 mL)each chopped chives (or green onions) and parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg (250 g)Light Cream Cheese, Mediterranean Salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Cut baguette into 30 1/2 (1 cm) thick slices. Place on large baking sheet. Bake at 425F (220C) 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool.
Combine crab, lemon rind and juice, sour cream, chives and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread each bread slice with a heaping teaspoon of cheese. Top with crab mixture
