  • Beef Brisquet
  • 1 large Onion or 2 mediums
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • 56 oz beef broth
  • 1/2 small bag baby carrots
  • 1 cup barley
  • NO SALT, NO SALT, NO SALT

Preparation

Step 1

Blend onion, celery and carrots in blender, put in pot.
Add beef, broth & worscestershire sauce, cook until meat is falling apart. Remove meat, dice or shred & return to pot, add barley & cook until tender.
