Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
- Topping:
- 12 med Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 6 tbs flour
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 tbs butter cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Toss sliced apples with lemon juice to coat well. Add 1 cup sugar and the brown sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, flour and spices, stir until mix is well blended.
3. In a food processor, combine topping ingredients; pulse until mix is crumbly. You can also use a pastry blender or fork to cut the mix together.
4. Pour apple mix into lightly greased 13x9in pan. Sprinkle topping mix evenly over top of apples
5. Bake for 45-60 min until apples are tender and topping is browned.
