Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 freshly grated parmesan
- 1 cup dried italian style breadcrumbs
- 4 pork chops (1/2-3/4 inch thick)
- salt & pepper
- 6 T olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk eggs in a plate and bread crumbs in another plate. Cheese in a 3rd plate. Season pork chops. Coat chops with cheese patting to adhere. Dip chops in eggs, then coat completely with bread crumbs patting to adhere.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat add chops cook 6 minutes approx until each side is golden brown and serve..
