IN 9" GLASS PIE PLATE, MELT 2 TAB BUTTER IN OVEN.
IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE MILK, FLOUR, EGGS AND SALT. USING WIRE WHISK BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH; POUR BATTER INTO PIE PLATE. BAKE UNCOVERED, AT 400 DEGREES FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.MEANWHILE IN 10" SKILLET, MELT REMAINING 1 TAB BUTTER UNTIL SIZZLING; ADD HAM AND APPLE PIE FILLING. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT STIRRING AND HEATED THROUGH. SPOON FILLING INTO CENTER OF HOT PANCAKE; SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.
