Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Turkey Pot Roast
- 4 Hoagie style sandwich rolls
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 2 tblsps. italian salad dressing, prepared

Preparation
Step 1
Prepared oven to 350 degrees. Heat JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Turkey Pot Roast according to instructions, cool and shred (reserve meat juices). Place shredded cheese on bottom halves of each roll. Place JENNIE-O Turkey Store Turkey Pot Roast on top of cheese. Arrange bell pepper slices and onion over meat. Drizzle each with a little italian dressing and place tops on rolls. Wrap sandwichs in foil and heat at 350 degrees. for 10-12 minutes or until warmed through.
TO SERVE: Place meat juices in a microwave safe measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until hot. Serve in small bowls on the side for dipping
