Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded Jennie-O Turkey Store Turkey Pot Roast
- 3 - 14.5 oz. cans chicken broth
- 1 pkge. taco seasoning mix
- 1 - 16 oz. container salsa
- 1 - 15 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 - 11 oz. corn with red & green bell peppers

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Turkey Pot Roast according to reheating directions. Shred the JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Turkey Pot Roast. In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, taco seasoning mix and salsa. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add shredded turkey, beans and corn. Heat until warmed through, about 10 minutes. Serve with side of tortilla chips or strips and sour cream
