Sausage Quiche Squares

Ingredients

• 1 lb. pork sausage
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 c shredded monteray jack cheese
• 1/2 c finely chopped onion
• 1 4 oz. can chopped green chili's
• 10 eggs
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic pepper
• 1 tblsp minced jalepeno

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage. Place in greased 13 X 9" pan. Layer jalepeno, cheeses, onion, chili's over sausage. Beat eggs and seasonings together and pour over mixture. Bake 375° 18 - 22 minutes. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
