Grilled Salmon with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 T olive oil
  • 5 T minced tarragon
  • 4 6oz salmon filets
  • salt & pepper
  • 2/3 C creme fraiche
  • 1/4 C Dijon mustard
  • 2 T horseradish

Preparation

Step 1

Light grill. In bowl, mix 3 T olive with 3 T tarragon & rub it over salmon. Let stand for 5 min., then season with salt & pepper. Grill over med heat.
Meanwhile in small bowl, combine creme fraiche, mustard, horseradish & remaining olive oil & tarragon. Season with salt & pepper, spoon over salmon & serve.
