Pork Tenderloin in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins(1 1/2-2 pounds)
- 3/4 tsp dreied sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 beef boulion cube
- 1/4 c boiling water
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 Tbsp flour
- Cooked noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Slice meat into 1/2" slices
Rub meat with sage,salt and pepper
In a deep skillet or dutch ove,brown meat ightly on both sides in hot oil
Add onion and cook 3-4 min longer,until onion is tender
Drain off excess fat
Dissolve boullion in boiling water
Pour over meat
Cover and simmer 25-30 min
Remove meat from pan
Combine sour cream and flour
Gradually add meat drippings to sour cream,stirring constantly
Return mixture to the skillet;cook and stir untiljust boiling
Add water until sauce is the desired consistency
Place pork on noodles and spoon gravy over all
