Ingredients
- 1 lb. Mostaccioli Pasta
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped green pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the 1 lb. of mostaccioli, but not completely done
Mix together the sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.Blend these ingredients together and then mix with the drained pasta.
Marinate for 2 days and then add: chopped tomato and green pepper.
This will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Serves many.
