Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening or butter
- 1/4 cup soured milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup minced or ground fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour pans.
Blend dry ingredients. Blend at low speed until smooth. Add sour milk, mushroom mixture and shortening. Beat 2 minutes. Add eggs; beat 2 minutes. Fold in raisins and nuts.
Pour into baking pan and bake 35 to 50 minutes.
