  • 1/3 Cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3 Cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 Cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 Cup diced tomato
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
