Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 Cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 Cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 Cup diced tomato
- 2 Tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 Tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
