Broccoli Cheese Soup

  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 quarts milk
  • 2 1/2 lbs. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 3 lbs. Velveeta cheese cubed



Step 1

Saute chopped onion with margarine until tender. Add flour and gradually add the milk and cook, stirring constantly until the mixture boils and thickens. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend until cheese is melted.
